Standard Hourly Rates: $85.00 per hour / 5 hour minimum

Applies to (1) technician’s time while On-Site at the customer’s facility for repairs or periodic maintenance.

Daily On-Site Rates: $750.00

Maximum Daily Rate for (1) technician during installations while On-Site at the customer’s facility.

Travel Time Rates: $500.00

One Way Positioning for (1) technician.

*This can be a shared expense with multiple customers.

Two Way Positioning is required for each Service Circuit Region.
 

Travel Expenses: Actual Expense + 5% for administration

*This can be a shared expense with multiple customers.

Includes but not limited to; airfare, rental car, tolls, airport parking, hotel, meals and related taxes.

1 Day On-Site Installation Package: $2,250.00 + technician’s airfare

Basic positioning and commissioning of a shop size roaster (1kg thru 15kg roaster).

Rate Structure = Daily On-Site Rate ($750) + Two Way Positioning ($500 x 2 = $1,000) + Estimated Travel Expenses

+ 5% ($500) = $2,250.00 + Technician’s Airfare

2 Day On-Site Installation Package: $3,500.00 + technician’s airfare

Basic positioning and commissioning of a light commercial size roaster (20kg thru 45kg roaster).

Rate Structure = Daily On-Site Rate ($1,500) + Two Way Positioning ($500 x 2 = $1000) + Estimated Travel

Expenses + 5% ($1,000) = $3,500.00 + Technician’s Airfare

*Shared Expenses are travel related expenses that can be “pooled” together and shared with each customer on

the current service circuit. Example = $1,000.00 of Travel Expenses x 5% ($50) = $1,050.00 divided by (4)

customers = $262.50 Shared Expense per customer.
